Ham and Cheese Bake

Perfect for Christmas or New Years morning, this breakfast is a must try!

Note: needs to be prepared the night before.



Ingredients:
  • 8 eggs
  • Sliced cooked ham (1/4 pound)
  • Swiss Cheese (1/4 pound)
  • Cheddar Cheese (1/4 pound)
  • Load of English muffins
  • 2.5 cups of milk
  • 1/2 tsp of dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 2 cups of cornflakes
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
  • Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish
  • Layer the bottom of the dish with English muffins that are sliced open
  • Layer each of the cheeses on top
  • Cut ham into tiny pieces and layer on top of cheese
  • Add another layer of both cheeses
  • Top everything with another layer of English muffin halves
  • Mix together eggs, milk, and seasonings and pour over entire dish
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • When ready to make the next morning, mix together melted butter and cornflakes and sprinkle on top
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour
