Note: needs to be prepared the night before.
Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- Sliced cooked ham (1/4 pound)
- Swiss Cheese (1/4 pound)
- Cheddar Cheese (1/4 pound)
- Load of English muffins
- 2.5 cups of milk
- 1/2 tsp of dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 cups of cornflakes
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
- Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish
- Layer the bottom of the dish with English muffins that are sliced open
- Layer each of the cheeses on top
- Cut ham into tiny pieces and layer on top of cheese
- Add another layer of both cheeses
- Top everything with another layer of English muffin halves
- Mix together eggs, milk, and seasonings and pour over entire dish
- Refrigerate overnight
- When ready to make the next morning, mix together melted butter and cornflakes and sprinkle on top
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
