Ingredients:
- 1 container of rainbow sherbet
- 2 liters of ginger ale (any lemon lime soda works as well)
- 1 bottle of your favorite champagne
- (optional) some of your favorite frozen fruit, although I would not add a lot
- (optional) flavored liquor of choice
Mix all of the liquids together. Wait to put the sherbet in right as you are ready to serve. What the colors fizz right off the sherbet like magic! Make sure when you serve you get a chunk of the ice cream as well!
